Cecilia Crisscross Sweater

This new DIBY Club pattern, a crisscross sweater, that will have you feeling very on trend and super comfy at the same time.

As soon as I saw the tester call for this one I couldn’t raise my hand fast enough!

The Cecilia is a dolman style sweater, designed for knit fabrics and comes with a few options:

2 sleeve lengths: 3/4 and long;
2 sleeve finish: hemmed, cuff and thumbhole cuff

I love the thumbhole cuff! It’s constructed in a way that you get a round hole instead of a slit and this makes all the difference in comfort. It’s the small details that make all the difference, isn’t it?

I don’t like wearing gloves, I find them restricting and I lose them all the time. Whenever I do wear them, they’re almost always finger-less ones. Having thumbhole cuffs is a life saver and a game changer! Zero chance of leaving them somewhere! 😉

The fabric I used is a medium weight sweater knit and I think it was perfect for it! I really need to order different colors of this fabric…

I’d say that this pattern is a experienced/adventurous beginner level. The reason being the different pattern piece shapes and construction. Also, if you need to grade sizes, this one will take a little more effort than your regular top. But’s its absolutely worth it!
