Be Genuine Top – Ellie and Mac
I love a cold shoulder top, but I’m pretty picky when it comes how the concept is approached. Not a fan when it just looks like a hole on the upper arm. If I’m going to wear a cold shoulder, it needs to be a bit dramatic or make an impact… not just a cutesy tiny detail. 😀
Well, the new Be Genuine by Ellie and Mac is perfect!
The options included are:
- short or long sleeves;
- hood or regular neckband;
- high or low hip length;
- instructions for either relaxed or fitted fit;
- optional thumb hole cuffs.
I’m so happy with this one.
This FT was one of the last fabrics I bought before my favorite fabric shop closed for good (still heartbroken over it 🙁 ).
The options I chose were:
- long sleeve with thumb hole cuff;
- high hip length;
- regular neckband;
- relaxed fit.
I super happy with this one and am considering chopping the sleeve to 3/4 length just so I can keep wearing it when the weather gets warmer. A bit conflicted about the idea still because I actually really like the thumb hole cuff.
What do you think I should do? Chop or leave it as is and make a short sleeved one for the warmer days?
