Eximia Sweater Giveaway

Sofilantjes + Het Stoffenhuis = 1 Free Eximia Sweater Pattern!

I was lucky enough to be able to partner up with Sofilantjes and Het Stoffenhuis to join in the Eximia Sweater celebrations.

What a week it has been, right? Full of giveaways and Eximia eye candies! Fantastic!

Today is the last day of the release festivities and I can finally share my Eximia Sweaters with you. I’ve been dying to show you what I’ve made with these amazing fabrics!

Not only that, but I also get to tell you that you can win a FREE copy of the Eximia!!! Women or kids, your choice!

Sincha from Het Stoffenhuis is the sweetest and when discussing what fabrics to use, this is what we came up with:

Such a gorgeous color pallet!
The Harvest fairy print is so beautiful and despite being called Harvest, it gives me all the Christmas feels! <3

My 11-going-on-21 daughter is into black these days, she says it’s cooler! 😀 This mama likes some color, so red for me, black for her and Harvest Fairy all around!

Samantha knew she wanted a long Eximia right away. She’s not really into dresses, but loves long cardigans and this falls right in between. The girl lives in leggings and skinny jeans, so this length is really perfect for her.

Can you tell she’s feeling it? Ha!

The Katoen tricot has a very nice weight to it and such a deep beautiful tone. She’s been wearing it non-stop and the fabric washes beautifully!
Same goes for the by Poppy fabric, It’s a sweater fabric and it’s so nice and soft… just plain yummy!

For mine, I chose the Medium length with long sleeves. I love this one!
Love the color and love the fit. Sofilantjes patterns are never boring or blend, they’re always fun and fantastic! (see what I did there? :P)

I always hear that I look good in red, and I do agree that it’s a color that suits me, but sometimes it’s a bit too showy for my feeling… kwim?
This Bordeaux is the perfect shade solution! It’s red and gorgeous, but not too red! 🙂

This tulip front gets me every time, it’s so pretty and flattering!

I don’t know about you guys, but I’m always trying to get the most out of the fabric I’m working with. Meaning, I’ll puzzle the heck out of it in order to use the least amount of fabric possible with any given fabric.

I was ecstatic when I realized that I just might be able to squeeze a cropped version out of the leftover fabric!

I used ribbing for the neck and armbands because I ran out of fabric… squeezed it to the last cm! 😀

Not only it’s super cute, but it also gives me a sense of accomplishment! I love when I get the most out of the fabric!

Plus, it’s super fun to match with my girl!
